+Where is the apartment?

We are situated 8 minutes walking distance from Lakeside MRT (EW26).

+How far is your apartment from the airport?

By train from Changi airport is about 1.5 hr journey
By taxi/cab will be about 45min

+Do you provide airport pick-up?

We can arrange for the airport pick-up with a fee.

Accommodation

+Do you accommodate both gender in one apartment and are couples allowed?

We provide accommodation for both gender under one apartment but in separate rooms. The couple has to come forward togather to reserve the room under one lease agreement.

+Do you provide match-making for the twin-room?

We do not provide a twin room unless 2 people come forward to book the room for the same lease period.

+We have an infant in our family, can we stay in your apartment?

We can only accommodate tenants above 16 years old.

+Arrangement for tenants from the same country and religion possible?

All our tenants are from around the globe, we do not segregate them by country or religion.

Services & Utilities

+Is cooking allowed in the apartment?

There is only microwave, fridge, kettle and basic culinary in the kitchen. We do not allow open-flame cooking. Any stove purchased by you to be used in the apartment has to be approved by the management. (Prevention of electrical over-loading in the apartment.). It is the responsibility of the tenant to keep the kitchen clean after use.

+Do I need to bring along any bedlinen?

We will provide you with the 1st set of fresh bedsheet, pillow and blanket.

+What is the electrical current used in Singapore?

Electrical range : 220-240volt. Frequency range : 50-60Hz. Type of plug/socket : C & G
(Type C is used for audio/video equipment and plug adapters are widely available.)

+How can I do my laundry?

We can provide laundry services with a fee or you can do your own laundry. Our company will supply a washing machine in each apartment unit. However you need to buy your own liquid detergent.

+Do you provide house-keeping services?

The hall, common toilet and kitchen will be upkeep by our in-house staff once a week. If you need room cleaning services in your room, it can be pre-arranged with our office for a fee.

Payment & Deposit

+Can my deposit be used to off-set my rental for the last month?

No. You have to pay for your last month rental and the deposit can only be refunded to you in cash in ex-change for room keys upon checking-out.

+Can I make the payment after my arrival?

If you want to be guaranteed that the room type you want is available for you upon your arrival, it is recommended that you make the payment for the registration fee and deposit to reserve the room. The balance have to be paid by cash before you check-in. You can also opt to transfer your full payment to save you the trouble of carrying the cash around.

+How can I pay your company?

By telegraphic transfer.

+Do I need to pay for full month rental if I move-in in the middle of the month?

Rental will commence on the day you move-in. You will need to pay for your next advance rental in the middle of next month.

Check-in & Check-out

+What time can I check-in?

Our office hours are from 9.00am to 7.00pm from Monday to Saturday. You can check-in after 12.00pm, any check-in not within our office hours can be pre-arranged.

+At the end of the lease, what time must I check-out?

The check-out time should be before 12.00pm on the due day. If you need to check-out earlier and not within our office hours it can be pre-arranged.
